Terms & Conditions

The rules for using this service.

Last updated: September 20, 2026

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using this service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. One person, one account.

3. Invites

Invites are issued to you for people you personally vouch for. Selling invites, publishing them publicly, or using them to evade a ban is a breach of these terms. Invites you have not used may be revoked if your account is suspended.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use this service to:

  • break any law, or infringe anyone's rights;
  • scrape the index at scale, or resell search results without an agreement;
  • upload sitemaps for content you do not own or have permission to promote;
  • attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service;
  • harass other members or post hateful, sexual, or violent content in the community.

5. Indexed content

We index URLs supplied by site owners. We do not control, endorse or verify third-party pages. Result snippets come from the source and may be inaccurate or out of date. If you own a site and want a URL removed, contact us — we remove on request.

6. Paid features and invites

Paid plans, invite packages and featured placements are billed as described at the point of purchase. Unless a plan states otherwise, payments are non-refundable once the period or credits have been applied. Crypto and gift-card payments cannot be reversed by us.

7. Availability

The service is provided "as is". We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8. Suspension

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms. Where practical we will tell you why.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the service. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
